Ben Goes Off
EN FUEGO!
Today Ben's team trailed 22-11 going in to the final quarter of their basketball game. The coach (not me) made a decision to have Ben bring the ball up the court and take his "man" one on one...the result, 12 points by Ben to almost pull out a victory. Their team lost the game 24-23. Ben was, to borrow an old phrase from Dan Patrick on ESPN's SportCenter, "En Fuego." He shot 6-7 from the field and had 7 rebounds in the final quarter! Way to go Benny-boy! He has really been working hard at home on his shot; he's decided he has to make 100 shots before he can come in from playing. It was a playoff type atmosphere and a fun game for spectators.
